Value is the name of the game here at The James

We offer a tremendous value by combining affordability, convenience and support. 

There are several ways to take advantage of the tremendous value and there are no minimum guest counts, service fees or security deposits to consider.

One Day Rental​   9:30am-11:30pm

  • Saturday

    • Saturday $2,200    (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec)

    • Prime Saturday ​$2,600     (May, June,  Sep, Oct,)​

  • Friday $2,000

  • Sunday $2,000​

 

Two Day Rental​

    • Friday & Saturday $4,000​     (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Jul, Aug, Nov, Dec)

    • Prime Friday and Saturday $4,200     (May, Jun, Sep, Oct,)

    • Access times are from 9:30am-11:30pm both days

 

  • Thursday & Friday 

    • Thursday & Friday $2,600

    • Access times are on Thursday from 4:00pm-9:00pm & Friday from 9:30am-11:30pm

Dedicated Indoor Ceremony Space & Lounge

Space is set up with seats that can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Elegant Drapery Ceremony Backdrop with greenery and lights.

Very spacious guest entry way large enough for gift table, guest book, drinks and/or bar. 

Lounge area for bridal party to wait in prior to ceremony. 

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday 

    • Add this space on to your venue rental for an indoor ceremony option

    • $600

    • Access times are from 9:30am-11:30pm 

Please note:  All rental fees are subject to state, county and city sales tax 

Date Reservation Fee

 

Date reservation fee is $1,000 per rental day. $500 is due within 1 week of receiving contract and the remaining $500 is due within the next 60 days.  

Date reservation fee is applied toward your total bill (not in addition to) and is a NON REFUNDABLE fee for the services of booking your date with us.

The Remaining venue rental balance is due 90 days prior to your event.

Optional Services

 

Linen Rental

$10 per linen

For your convenience we offer floor length white linens for round and straight guest tables, and full length fitted black linens for food/drink and DJ tables.  

This option will save you from the hassle of ordering, pressing, hauling and storing. 

Alcohol 

$200 Fee and credit card on file required

We allow wine, beer, kegs, champagne, seltzers, etc.

We DO NOT allow hard liquor of any kind for the duration of your venue rental, this includes the couple and bridal party.  

 

Provide your own or have a professional bar service handle it all for you.
