-Total Event Fee is due at the time of reservation/contract signing.

Permission to serve alcohol (credit card on file required). We allow wine, beer, champagne, seltzers, etc. We DO NOT allow hard liquor of any kind for the duration of your venue rental. Provide your own drinks (we recommend event insurance if you plan on providing your own alcohol to guests) OR have a professional bar service handle it all for you.
Optional Services
Linen Rental
$14 per linen
For your convenience we offer mid length white linens for round and straight guest tables, and full length fitted black linens for food/drink tables.
Decor Closet Rental
$50 for use of the entire decor closet (based on availability)
Choose from hundreds of items including centerpieces, candle holders, signs, drapery and florals.

If you are ready to move forward with booking The Gathering Room it's a simple as emailing us and requesting a date and time.
Your date is reserved after we receive a signed contract, and payment for the event in full (we give you 7 days after receiving the contract to look it over and submit payment).
